STEM at your home

You don't need a lab to do science! With simple materials you already have at home, you can create fascinating learning experiences that will spark your child's curiosity.

Experiment: The bicarbonate volcano

Materials: baking soda, vinegar, dish detergent, food coloring. Build a plasticine cone, add the baking soda, then pour in the vinegar mixed with detergent and dye. Watch the chemical reaction!

Project: Spaghetti Bridge

Engineering Challenge: Build a bridge out of dry spaghetti and plasticine to support as much weight as possible. Discuss force distribution and resisting structures.

Visual Mathematics

Use LEGO pieces to learn fractions, symmetry and geometric patterns. Count, sort and create logical series. Turn abstract math into tangible experiences.
