Educational HUB Platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of the personal data of its users. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU Regulation 2016/679).

We collect the following categories of personal data:
Identification data: name, surname, email address, phone number
Communication data: messages sent through the contact form, requests for offers, applications
Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, duration of visit
Professional data: CVs and cover letters (in the case of applications)
Cookies: data collected through cookies and similar technologies (see dedicated section)
3. Purpose of data processing
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
• Responding to requests received through the contact form
• Processing bid requests
• Manage applications for open positions
• Improving the functionality and content of the platform
• Statistical analysis of traffic (in anonymized form)

4. The legal basis of the processing
We process your personal data based on: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — for contact forms and applications; legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — for statistical analysis and platform improvement; legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) — for compliance with applicable legislation.
5. Duration of storage
Personal data are stored only for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected. Contact messages are kept for a maximum of 12 months. CVs and applications are kept for a maximum of 6 months after the end of the recruitment process. Technical data (logs) are kept for a maximum of 90 days.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy. Any significant change will be communicated through the platform. The date of the last update is shown at the beginning of the document.
